hello there!

We’re Orry and Carroll Marie, owners of OverVanding Solutions. In 2019 we quit our jobs as an Engineer and ER RN to hit the road in our self converted sprinter van with our daughter, Etta Rose, to travel all over the US and Canada. It was the best experience of our lives, and a passion for vanlife and helping others get outdoors was born during that time.

While traveling for two years, we encountered many other van lifers doing the same thing as us. A common theme we noticed was how most people were unhappy with the vans they were traveling in. With Orry’s degree and experience in engineering, he was able to start helping people achieve their dream van; thus, his consulting business was formed. There are a lot of DIYers and even van conversion companies that have consulted Orry, especially for his electrical expertise. Electrical systems in vans can be complicated, and he loves taking on the challenge of helping troubleshoot. Orry also spent 6 months in Boise, ID building vans for a van conversion company, further building his passion for this business.

In January of 2021 OverVanding Solutions officially opened shop in Chattanooga, TN. We love building custom vans for our clients. Our goal has always been to build conversions that fit each client’s needs. Each step is carefully thought out of how each specific client will use his/her van. We took all the things from our travels on the road, the people we encountered who were unhappy, and skills to build luxury camper vans.
